Delivery Information
DELIVERY
For a flat rate of £5 we deliver throughout the UK, with the exception of the Highlands and Islands. We know how desperate you will be to get your new bike purchase, so we aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible!
Small packages (<250g in weight ) will be sent Royal Mail first class or special delivery if over £45 in value.
Large orders will be sent on 48hr courier (Interlink Express) Insured uoto the value of the goods. Where applicable a tracking number will be provided.
We also may deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this. We don't take payment until we are ready to dispatch your good.
We aim to prepare and dispatch your purchase within 24 hours of your order (Monday - Friday). Some goods may take longer to prepare and we aim to dispatch these to you within 2-5 working day. We cannot give you a guaranteed delivery date, but if your order is time-critical please contact us.
